Get What’s on the Inside Out

Get What’s on the Inside Out

If you aren't expressing your creativity, your passions, or your true voice, you are actively suppressing them. That might sound dramatic, but think about it. When you push down the things that make you feel alive, they don't just disappear. They go underground. And what is pushed down always finds a way to come back up, often in ways that feel urgent, messy, and rebellious.

You might see it as a sudden burst of frustration at work. Or a restless feeling you cannot shake on a Sunday evening. Maybe it shows up as a bad habit you cannot break, or a constant low-grade anxiety that has no clear source. That is your inner self knocking, then pounding, on the door. It is not asking for permission anymore. It is demanding to be heard.

The fix is not to lock that door tighter. It is to let the pressure out in a healthy way. That does not mean you have to quit your job and become a painter tomorrow. It means finding a small, regular outlet. Write a few messy paragraphs in a journal. Play an instrument you have not touched in years. Take a pottery class. Sing in the car like no one is listening. The point is to let the inside out on your own terms, before it forces its way out on its own terms. When you give it a channel, it stops fighting you. It becomes a source of energy instead of a source of tension. You will feel lighter, clearer, and more like yourself. And that version of you is the one the world actually needs.
